Before AFM carried out the re-roofing on these block of Units in Colac it had to be re-pitched to have correct fall we then re-sheeted it with zincalume trimdek, re-flashed to water tight, fitted new gutters, new down pipes etc.
The old roof had many leaks due to rusted out sheeting, tenants were very happy indeed to see a new roof installed.
